History

We are housed in the historic Telstar Studios building. Built in 1978, it has seen it's fair share of heavy hitters such as The Allman Brothers, The Black Crowes, and more.

George Bikos is the owner and operator of Baysound Studios. He spent his early 20’s touring with various Industrial and Hard Rock bands before settling in Sarasota in 2007.

Bob has been engineering for 14 years. He has an Associate's Degree in Audio Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Entertainment Business from Madison Media Institute and is a Pro Tools Certified Operator.

Bob Frank

Bud Snyder has been producing and engineering for over 50 years working with acts such as Gregg Allman, Dickie Betts, The Allman Brothers Band, Jeff Buckley, Gov't Mule, and many, many more.

Cayla has worked independently on music production and beat making for six years while professionally mixing for the past three years. Her most competent genres include Hip Hop, R&B, & Pop. A mantra to any session she works in is the best idea in the room wins.
